Charity director, author, workshop facilitator and trainer/coach, Shane Holst is the founder of the Australian Altruism Foundation, Australian Humanitarian Awards and Turtle Awards—acknowledging leaders who stick their necks out for the common good.

Shane has been facilitating workshops and presenting seminars for more that twenty years and also coaching/training hundreds of individuals privately and in groups. Shane has also enjoyed success as a broadcaster, senior manager, keynote speaker, hypnotherapist and served for four yours in the Royal Australian Navy in the communications branch. He describes himself as being particularly passionate about authenticity, courage, psychological and spiritual health.
