Writing Neuro Intelligence has been a wonderful and creative experience. It gave me a way to help people understand how they function from the inside out. The information and stories come from over 25 years of research, study, teaching and practising NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, psychotherapy and a variety of spiritually related systems. This revised edition encompasses the work from the original book with added information from the latest developments that have been made over the last several years.
I have compiled this book of tools and techniques to assist a person through their life with more inner power and optimism. Much of the influence for this book has come from NLP. My intention is to put this information in terms that anyone can understand. This book is a compilation of what I have learned and what I teach others. It is about understanding and using the whole self, (body, mind and spirit) for a better improved life. Even as I write this many new developments and discoveries are being made. Although we are learning more and more, it is still an area that most people do not know much about. The exciting part is that anyone can discover how to effectively unlock the inner powers and find the most important keys to achieving life’s greatest outcomes and desires.

The brain is a muscle and when you first begin to use a muscle that hasn’t been exercised much it gets sore at first. But if you keep doing your exercises, it adapts and gets stronger. This applies to the mind, the brain and the whole you. There is an old proverb that says “Knowledge is only a rumour until it is in the muscle.” As you read this book, and do the exercises it will give you a way to build and expand your brain

This book is about awareness, utilization and maintenance. For the most part, people generally take good care of themselves. It’s been said that people pay more attention to what they are going to wear versus what they think. When you think of it that way it puts it into perspective.
