PHONE ORDER POLICY
We accept phone orders. If you feel uncomfortable about placing an order through our secure ordering system, you can send your contact details via our Contact Us page and one of our friendly staff at Customer Service will call you to take you order over the phone.
We collect the email addresses of those who place orders, communicate with us via email and telephone, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and also information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information.
Any information we collect is NEVER given, shared or sold to another company, entity or organisation. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, to process the transaction, supply information via newsletters and to possibly contact consumers for future marketing purposes.
Joshua Books will accept return of goods in the unlikely event that they are damaged, faulty or if an incorrect product was supplied by us. No returns will be accepted unless we are notified of your intention to return the goods prior to sending the product back. No replacements will be given until returned goods are received by us for validation and approval. The shipping costs incurred in returning the goods are always the responsibility of the person returning the product.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given by Joshua Books, however, we will supply product of equal value to you.
BACK ORDER POLICY
On the infrequent occasion that a book is out of stock, we do accept back-orders. You will be contacted if your item is backordered and you will be notified if your item is discontinued or no longer available. Our Sales Department will be in close contact with you via email and will advise you when the product is in stock and ready to be shipped.
Orders are generally processed and authorised in our Shipping Department the same business day and despatched within two business days.
Please allow up to 21 days from despatch date for receipt of goods in most parts of the world. Generally you would receive your order sooner than that as we use reliable couriers and postal agents in all areas. Queries from customers about the state of their order should be sent by email and will always receive our prompt attention.
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Refer to our Return Policy and please note that it is a condition that we must be advised of your intention to return a product and the reason why and then we generally will invite the return of the damaged goods. We need an explanation, as in some cases we would be raising an insurance claim against our carrier or postal service.
