Our website has been checked using the latest versions of the browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. However, if you are having difficulty navigating around the website or displaying pages, please send an enquiry to our Webmaster here and provide the following information:

CAN I CONTACT ANY OF YOUR AUTHORS?
All the authors at Joshua Books are contactable through our office. Send a message/enquiry here and we will pass it on to the relevant author. Whether the author contacts you directly or passes their reply through our office is dependant on them.
HOW DO I RATE A BOOK?
You have purchased a book (or DVD or CD) from Joshua Books and the book is excellent. You feel that you would like to make a comment on the book so anyone can see it including the author. Simply login with your Username and Password in the form at the left side of any page then go to the page of the product you have purchased. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and you will see a form for you to place your comments and also to select a star rating.
HOW MUCH WILL A BOOK COST ME IN MY CURRENCY?
Our pricing is in Australian Dollars and your credit card will automatically convert the cost into your currency when you order. However, to see what a book will cost in your currency before you order, simply do a currency conversion here.
I DON'T LIKE ORDERING ON THE INTERNET
JoshuaBooks.com uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security. At the 128-bit level, cryptographers consider this encryption, based on the RSA algorithm, impossible to crack as it would take millions of years with the fastest computers to try all the combinations.
Along with ease-of-use, we know how important security is for you when doing transactions online. For your convenience, we offer product payment using Visa and Master Card through PayPal. As an added security measure, you can also pay using a PayPal Account, whereby you will not have to display your credit card details to us.
We understand you want your online transactions to be simple and secure and by verifying your card or account via PayPal, you can feel safe when using our system to make payments to us.
I HAVE A PROBLEM ORDERING
If you are having a problem ordering—using the Cart, Checkout or Payment System—firstly check to see if you have your cookies enabled. If the problem persists, send an enquiry to our Webmaster here and provide the following:
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD!
When you click “Lost Password?” just below the Members Login form on the left side of any page, the system will immediately send you a token to the email address you have used previously. Once you have received the token, you will be able to use it to choose a new password for your account. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, it may be because you are using a different (or incorrect) email address.

When you click “Forgot your Username?” just below the Members Login form on the left side of any page, the system will immediately send your username to the email address you have used previously. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, it may be because you are using a different (or incorrect) email address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are usually processed and despatched the same day and certainly within 48 hours from when you place your order. The date you receive your order depends on the delivery address, but it should be within 21 days. We suggest you expect your order within 21 days and then you will be pleasantly surprised to actually receive it within a week or two.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, as you are ordering you will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address if desired.
HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING COST ME?
The total shipping (a.k.a. freight) cost depends on the weight and the delivery address. It is the amount we are charged by our courier company plus a small amount for packaging.
To see what this cost will be without committing yourself to buying, select the products you wish to buy and proceed with your order as normal. About halfway through the process, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost and display it for you.
If you wish to proceed, do so by following the instructions. If you wish to cancel the order, just close out of your browser.
WHAT WILL MY ORDER LOOK LIKE ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
Your order from us will be billed under the name “Joshua Books”. If you have any questions when you get your bill or statement, feel free to contact us here.
PURCHASING DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD EBOOKS AND MP3s?
Our website can handle downloadable (digital) products very easily and you will have them on your computer in a matter of moments.
Initially, the procedure is the same as purchasing a physical product in that you add it to your Cart, proceed through to the Checkout, enter your details and confirm your order. You will notice there are no shipping costs with your order.
Once you confirm your order, you will then automatically proceed through to the PayPal Payment area and at the same time, an Order Confirmation email will have been sent to you. At this stage, your order is “Pending”. Now you enter your credit card details and once your payment has been accepted, usually straight away, a Payment Confirmation email will be sent to you to “Confirm” your order and supplying you with a special “Download-ID” code. Enter this code into the Download area to start downloading your product. You will find the link to the Download area at the bottom of the left menu on all of our pages.

CAN I RETURN THE BOOK I HAVE JUST RECEIVED?
Joshua Books will accept return of goods in the unlikely event that they are damaged, faulty or if an incorrect product was supplied by us. No returns will be accepted unless we are notified of your intention to return the goods prior to sending the product back. Contact our Sales Department with your details and Order Number here. We need an explanation, as in some cases we would be raising an insurance claim against our carrier or postal service.
No replacements will be given until returned goods are received by us for validation and approval. The shipping costs incurred in returning the goods are always the responsibility of the person returning the product.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given by Joshua Books, however we will supply product of equal value to you.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER (REGISTERED USER)?
When you order your first book from Joshua Books, in the ordering process you will be asked to open an account by entering your details including a Username and Password. You will then automatically become a “Member” or “Registered User” of Joshua Books and be able to access the Members Area.
Please keep your Username and Password in a safe place.
WHAT CAN I DO AS A MEMBER (REGISTERED USER)?
As a customer and member of Joshua Books, there are several things you can do:
HOW DO I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP EMAIL OR PASSWORD?
This is easily done by logging in with your Username and Password in the form on the left side of the website. Then click on “Account Maintenance” (located in the same Member Login area) and update your details as necessary.
HOW DO I RECEIVE YOUR NEWSLETTER, JOSHUA’S JOURNAL?
There are two ways to receive our highly acclaimed bi-monthly newsletter, Joshua’s Journal. Firstly, whenever you purchase a book, DVD or CD through our normal ordering system, you will receive a copy of the newsletter by email.
Secondly, if you have not ordered from us before and wish to receive the newsletter, simply subscribe by entering your details into the form on the right side of the website.
Of course, you may unsubscribe at any time.
CAN I RECEIVE PAST ISSUES?
No. At this point in time, we are not posting back issues of Joshua’s Journal on the website.
CAN I SUBMIT ARTICLES TO YOUR NEWSLETTER?
Certainly! And we look forward to it. Establish contact with the Webmaster here by sending in deatils of your articles (topic, length, etc.). When you get a reply, send your complete article and a short author bio directly to him.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO WHICH I RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS?
Simply subscribe again using your new email address. Once this is working, then unsubscribe on your old address before it stops working.
