My Body Rules is an interactive story book aimed at supporting you to undertake protective behaviours education with your child to aid in increasing their safety and protection. The book is designed for parents to read to their children and to discuss and complete activities together.
This story follows Sarah and her friends who make a special presentation to their class about safety. They discuss concepts such as ‘kids body rights and rules’ all from a child’s perspective. They also explore some of the challenges kids might face regarding their personal safety and look at strengthening their protective networks.
