About Anthony Emmett

Anthony Emmett grew up in a medical family in the north of Australia with an interest in disease prevention and in healing.

While a doctor and a reconstructive surgeon, he taught at a university as a lecturer and a professor. Since retiring from medicine, he has worked as a sculptor and artist with an interest in social values and the human spirit.

Initially he wrote on surgical and medical topics, while he now seeks to educate more broadly, on the philosophy of living.
